1Age Requirement for Registration

The kyat9 platform is only open to players aged 21 and above. Anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited from registering an account, depositing funds, or playing. If an age violation is found, the account will be closed immediately and any remaining balance will be handled in accordance with applicable rules.

2One Account Per Person

Each player may only have one active account on kyat9 at a time. Opening more than one account using another person's address, phone number, or payment method is not permitted. If this rule is found to have been violated, bonus funds will be forfeited and the account may be suspended.

3Account Information Accuracy

Players must provide complete and accurate information when registering. kyat9 reserves the right to restrict withdrawals from any account opened with incorrect information. Any changes to your details must be reported to us promptly through our contact channels.

4Account Security

Players must keep their login credentials confidential and must not share them with anyone. Players are fully responsible for all activities that occur on their account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact [email protected] immediately.

5Deposits

kyat9 supports the following deposit methods—

• KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, bank transfer

The minimum deposit amount is 20,000 Ks, which applies to all methods. Deposits will appear on the platform instantly after completion, though this may not always be immediate due to network delays.

6Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. To be eligible for withdrawals, players must have fully completed identity verification (KYC) on their account. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the original deposit.

7Financial Prohibitions

kyat9 is committed to combating money laundering and preventing financial fraud. If any deposit is suspected of being made through unlawful means, kyat9 reserves the right to take immediate action.

8First Deposit Bonus

Players will receive a bonus of 120% of their first deposit amount, up to a maximum bonus of 100,000 Ks. The bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before any withdrawal can be made.

Example — Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a bonus of 24,000 Ks, giving a total of 44,000 Ks. The bonus of 24,000 Ks × 15 = 360,000 Ks must be wagered before withdrawal.

Another example — Deposit 180,000 Ks and receive a bonus of 100,000 Ks, giving a total of 280,000 Ks. The bonus of 100,000 Ks × 15 = 1,500,000 Ks must be wagered before withdrawal.

9Bonus Restrictions

Each player may claim bonuses once only. Wagering requests found to be in violation of bonus eligibility rules may result in forfeiture. kyat9 may change bonus policies without prior notice, and any changes will be published on this page.

10VIP Levels and Cashback

The kyat9 VIP program has 3 levels: Bronze, Silver, and Gold—

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.4% per week
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.8% per week
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 1.2% per week

VIP level progression is based on a player's regular play history and loyalty activity. Cashback is credited to the player's account once per week.

11Prohibited Game Activities

kyat9 strictly prohibits the following activities—

• Using software bots, macros, or any automated playing tools
• Colluding with other players to exploit the platform
• Depositing using payment methods that do not belong to you
• Creating multiple accounts to farm bonuses
• Intentionally losing to manipulate a player's game record

If any of these violations are detected, kyat9 reserves the right to close the account and forfeit any remaining balance without prior notice.

12Game Decisions and Escalation

Game outcomes are determined solely by the platform server logs as the official record. kyat9 is not responsible for any gameplay issues arising from connection failures or problems with your own computer or device.

13Responsible Gaming
